Great video. Very informative. Lots of listing marketing information is blended in the “informed internet consumer” info. Zillow’s done a lot of research and they’ve sorted through a lot of available research as well.
As I’ve heard Spencer state many times before, and again in this video, Zillow is just an estimate. He used Atlanta and an example and being in the low 50% as being correct. The problem is the general public doesn’t make it their business to research the % accuracy and they get it in their heads the best price they see. The result, it takes a lot of energy and marketing information to not only convince, more importantly change their mindset that this is a wild guess number they have latched onto
