This is one of my biggest pet peeves as a REALTOR. I want to get my listings out there - but it takes forever to type this data in everywhere! I did find a company ListHub.com that will sydnicate your listings to many of the real estate sites for free! But it must be done at the broker level. Is this something that is available now? We've built an in house Listing API that we've been testing out. Adopting an open standard designed for syndication is much preferred to proprietary home grown solutions.
