		<description>love it...accurate info is critical, and this phenomena of "info free radicals" is what I try to pass on to clients and customers alike.  There is so much out there that is old, or innacurate, or a "loss-leader" that I have repeat clients complaining to me about it.  Everytime I repeat the lesson that our information is ACCURATE, I boost my own trustworthiness as a broker, and build confidence in our industry--not only can I feel that, but I can quantify it with continued sales and happy client relationships.  What genius to have a name for this concept...</description>
