		<description>To be effective, the MLS also needs to protect the privacy of the property owner. Think about it. Do you want the world to know your security access codes, the times when you will not be home, or confidential negotiating matters?

		<description>To be effective, the MLS needs to be public facing.  All the information.  The average consumers are mystified and fearful of the systems.  They are treated as competitive business entities and they don't really help the end consumer because the information is kept private.</description>
