Junction networks (http://www.junctionnetworks.com) is one vendor that implements this at a reasonable cost. IAX trunking also solves some problems with detecting if the line has been answered, this can be difficult when using a POTS line and the Digium cards. Something else to check out is Cepstral's (http://www.cepstral.com) line of voices.
