		<description>WOW Mark, you sure&#160;nailed it when you stated &#34;Remember that listings are a form of &lt;em&gt;data&lt;/em&gt; and consumers want &lt;em&gt;information&lt;/em&gt;.&#34; I&#160;certainly&#160;know that I cannot simply depend on being a provider of&#160;data to my clients...they can get real estate information from literally thousands of different sources in one evening of surfing online. As a REALTOR, I have to be a provider of INFORMATION.&#160; Clients are overwhelmed with data. They need someone to interpret that data and provide context to that data.&#160; I see homebuyers who have done their research and are armed with reams of data make $100,000 mistakes when purchasing a property.&#160; These are smart folks, but they often lack the context that only comes from watching and beong involved in a local market for years.&#160; On top of that,&#160; they get emotionally involved in the process, and all the research and data goes flying out the window. The innovators in the next phase of real estate will be those who can organize the data into useful information.</description>
