		<description>Hi Mark,

There is very good MLS Validation prodct on the market that already does a lot of what your talking about and more.

I've copied some of their marking information below.

Regards,
Tony

iCheck is the leading Real Estate MLS Rules Verification/Validation product from iMapp http://www.imapp.com/icheck.htm.

At last count approx 15 REALTOR® Associations are using iCheck to ensure listings comply with their rules and regulations.

iCheck automatically detects listing errors, corrections, duplicate listings, fines and much more.

Courtesy Notices can also be sent to Agents and Brokers for things like Listing About to Expire, Missing Photo's, or anything that is not considered a violation but is important to notify the listing Agent and/or Office.

Relevant violation data is collected for statistical analysis in an error database and appropriate parties are automatically notified by email or can be manually notifed by letter or email.

iCheck is completely customizable for each subscribing organization.
