VieleRETS is a RETS client that downloads listings and is licensed under an open-source license. It can store data in XML, CVS or Relational Database format. VieleRETS as direct support for Open Realty.
I was hoping that this version would support for Open Realty 2.1 but it doesn’t. The focus for 0.8.8 is RDB storage. Text and Image data can now be stored in a local database and images can be downloaded to a disk location that you specify.
There were two enhancements that are were for better Open-Realty support in the future. You can now specify the field on the server that corresponds to to Agent ID and Listing Date.
